All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are provided in good faith but may contain inaccuracies. Forbidden Freedom is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be received before your order is dispatched. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally from our base in Prague. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Forbidden Freedom is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
